Privacy Policy - GridZap

This policy explains how GridZap (the "app"), operated by POSITIVE VIBRATION S.L.U. ("we"), handles information when you play the game.

1. Information we process

• Account data: Firebase creates a technical user ID so that online features can work. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we may also receive your display name and email address.
• Game data: progress, scores, leaderboard entries, profile choices, achievements and multiplayer/matchmaking records.
• Optional analytics: app interactions and diagnostic information, including crash reports, are sent to Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics once the applicable consent flow allows it, and never before that consent has been resolved. You can turn this off at any time in Settings, and your choice always takes precedence.
• Advertising data: Google AdMob may process device and ad-interaction information to deliver and measure non-personalized ads. Approximate location may be inferred from network information; GridZap does not request precise location.

2. How we use information

• Provide saves, profiles, leaderboards, achievements and multiplayer.
• Protect the integrity and security of online game features.
• Display and measure non-personalized advertising after the applicable consent flow.
• Improve stability and gameplay when optional analytics is enabled.

3. Advertising, consent and tracking

GridZap uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required and offers Ads privacy options in the app. Advertising requests are configured as non-personalized. GridZap does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, does not access the IDFA and does not use app data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

4. Service providers

• Google Firebase - authentication, cloud database, optional analytics and crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics).
• Google Sign-In and Google Play Games - optional account and gaming services.
• Sign in with Apple - optional account service on iOS.
• Google AdMob - non-personalized advertising and ad measurement.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and as our service providers where applicable. We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage and retention

Settings and progress are stored locally. Online data is stored in Firebase for as long as the account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited period under the provider's retention rules.

6. Your controls and deletion

You can enable or disable optional analytics and reopen applicable ads privacy choices in Settings. To permanently delete the Firebase account and associated cloud progress, scores, profile and multiplayer records, open Settings, choose Manage account, then Delete account. You can also follow the instructions on our account deletion page. Local-only data is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

7. Children

GridZap is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.

8. International processing and legal rights

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours with appropriate safeguards. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your data, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
