Delete Your Account & Data - GridZap

App: GridZap (com.gridzap.game)

Option 1 - Delete directly in the app

Open GridZap.
Open Settings and tap Manage account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

After any required Google or Apple reauthentication succeeds, GridZap deletes the account and associated cloud data. The operation cannot be undone.

Option 2 - Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@positivevibration.guru from the Google or Apple email used for the account. Use the subject GridZap account deletion request. We will process a verified request within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Cloud data deleted

Firebase authentication account.
Cloud progress, levels, scores and statistics.
Daily, weekly, all-time and infinity leaderboard entries.
Profile name/avatar and multiplayer or matchmaking records.

Data not part of the cloud account

Local-only data is removed by uninstalling GridZap or clearing its storage.
Aggregated, anonymized, backup or security records already processed by service providers may remain for the limited periods described in Google's privacy policy.
